Made to Order Policy

At Odara, many of our products are made to order to ensure the highest level of quality and customization for each customer . Please review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase .

Production Time

All made-to-order items are produced individually after your order has been confirmed and payment has been received in full . The standard production time is up to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, before your order is shipped .

Custom Adjustments and Modifications

If you request any modifications, personalization, or adjustments to the original design after your order is placed, please note that:

  • Additional production time may be required .
  • Extra costs may apply depending on the nature and complexity of the requested changes .
  • Any requested changes are subject to prior review and express acceptance by Odara before being incorporated into the order .
  • Any additional fees will be communicated and must be approved before production continues .

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because made-to-order products are created specifically for each client, cancellations or major design changes cannot be accepted once production has started, unless expressly agreed by Odara . If you need to request a modification shortly after completing your order, please contact our team as soon as possible at info@odarabrand.com and Odara will evaluate your request at its sole discretion .

Quality and Craftsmanship

Each item is carefully produced following strict quality standards . Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and are part of the handcrafted nature of made-to-order goods .
