5. Prices, Product Characteristics, and Availability

6. Payment
6.1. Orders shall only be processed after full payment has been received.

7. Delivery

7.2. Estimated delivery time is between five and ten business days following payment.
7.3. Upon receipt, the customer must verify the condition of the package and refuse delivery if visible damage is detected.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
8.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
8.2. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
8.3. Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.
8.4. Refunds shall be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
