Odara ships internationally and delivers to customers worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services.
Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the type of product purchased:

Ready-to-ship items:
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. -
Made-to-Order items:
Some Odara products are made to order to ensure quality, craftsmanship, and customization. These items are produced individually after order confirmation.
Made-to-Order Products – Production Time
For made-to-order items, the standard production time is up to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, before the order is shipped.
This production period is added to the estimated shipping time and will be clearly reflected in the overall delivery timeframe.
Custom Adjustments and Modifications
If you request modifications, personalization, or adjustments to a made-to-order product after placing your order, please note that:

Additional production time may be required;

Additional costs may apply, depending on the nature and complexity of the requested changes;

All requested modifications are subject to prior review and express approval by Odara;

Any additional costs will be communicated to you and must be approved before production continues.
Shipping Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, customs fees, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Delays and Customs
Odara is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, postal services, or force majeure events. We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order.
Order Changes and Cancellations (Made-to-Order Items)
Because made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer:

Cancellations or major design changes are not accepted once production has started, unless expressly agreed by Odara;

Quality and Craftsmanship
Each made-to-order item is produced following strict quality standards. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered a natural characteristic of handcrafted or made-to-order products.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Odara cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
