RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Odara, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and memorable experiences through our clothing, accessories, catering, and retreat services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.


Clothing and Accessories

Odara offers a 14-day return period for clothing and accessories, starting from the date the order is received.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received;

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact;

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are subject to prior approval. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If the return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided. Approved returns may result in an exchange, store credit, or replacement, subject to product availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@odarabrand.com.

The situation will be assessed, and where applicable, a replacement item or store credit will be provided.


Catering and Retreat Services

Due to the planning, preparation, and resource allocation required for these services, all catering bookings and retreat reservations are final and non-refundable.

If Odara is required to cancel a service for any reason, you will be promptly notified. In such cases, Odara may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative date, a replacement service, or credit toward a future event.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;

  • Sale or discounted items;

  • Gift cards;

  • Food, beverages, or other perishable goods;

  • Any item not returned in its original condition.


Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a replacement item is to request an authorized return and place a new order once the return process has been completed.
